Privacy Policy
This policy explains how CHEMEX handles website inquiries and Google Workspace data used by the CHEMEX Executive Assistant.
Inquiry and contact information
We use your name, company, email, product requirements, quantity, target market and message to respond to inquiries, clarify specifications and coordinate related business contact. This form does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Do not include patient information, identification numbers, payment details or sensitive information unrelated to your inquiry.
CHEMEX Executive Assistant and Google Workspace
The CHEMEX Executive Assistant uses Google OAuth to access only Google Workspace accounts that an authorized user explicitly connects. Current integrations are read-only and may access Gmail messages, Google Drive files and metadata, and Google Calendar events and calendar metadata. The Assistant does not use these permissions to send email, modify Drive files or permissions, or create, edit, accept, decline or delete Calendar events.
How Google user data is used
Google Workspace data is used only to provide user-requested functions such as searching, summarizing, organizing and analyzing business information, preparing drafts or management summaries, and answering questions about authorized company information. Access is initiated by the authorized user and is limited to the scope needed for the requested task.
Limited Use and no advertising
CHEMEX use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. CHEMEX does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use Google Workspace data to build advertising profiles. CHEMEX does not use Google Workspace data to train generalized AI models.
Data sharing and necessary service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting and human verification. Inquiry notifications are sent through necessary mail services to the CHEMEX sales team, and corporate email is handled by Google Workspace. The CHEMEX Executive Assistant may use Google Cloud services for authentication, Assistant execution and processing the user-requested response. CHEMEX does not share Google user data with unrelated third parties except when required by law or at the user explicit direction.
Credentials and security
OAuth authorization is handled through Google OAuth and Google Cloud authentication services. CHEMEX does not publish OAuth access tokens or credentials on the public website and applies access controls intended to limit use to authorized personnel and services. Users can revoke application access at any time through their Google Account third-party connection settings.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is retained in email and related business records for the period needed to handle your request and meet applicable obligations. The public website does not intentionally store the contents of Gmail, Drive or Calendar. The Executive Assistant and its cloud infrastructure may retain conversation, session, audit or operational logs according to configured service settings for security, reliability and troubleshooting. CHEMEX follows a data-minimization approach.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand page visits, product and catalog interactions and successful inquiry submissions. Inquiry names, email addresses and message content are not sent as analytics events. You can choose essential functions only and change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Your choice does not affect browsing or inquiries.
Your choices, data requests and contact
You can stop using the CHEMEX Executive Assistant at any time and revoke the application Google account access through your Google Account settings. To ask about, correct or request deletion of CHEMEX-controlled personal information, use the Contact CHEMEX button below and the telephone or inquiry options provided on our contact page. We may need to confirm your identity and the scope of the request to protect your information.
Effective date
Effective October 6, 2026. We may update this policy when our services, integrations or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page.
